Inspired by Zoe's travels through southern Spain, Portugal & Paris, this collaboration blends hand-drawn print motifs with artisan weaving to create a unique rug hand woven collection shaped by travel, pattern, and process.
The collection translates our signature designs into up-scaled, handwoven form, crafted in natural fibres by Coral + Hive’s talented weaving teams in South Africa and India.
From sun-washed villages to tiled courtyards, Aventuras draws on Mudejar and Azulejo patterning, interpreted in a fresh, contemporary palette and a little nod to the romance of Paris is playfully interpreted into the Bisous design! The collection brings this spirit to the loom. Many of the rugs are woven in jute and dyed New Zealand wool, while the Porto Nu rug is made in South Africa using karakul wool and combed mohair - all locally sourced.
